These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Efficlog Technology ("Efficlog", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Efficlog mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in or employed by a Malaysian educational institution or organisation to use Efficlog. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We use OTP (one-time password) authentication via email. We do not store passwords. You must not share your OTP codes with anyone.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use Efficlog only for its intended purpose — managing and documenting your internship logbook. You must not:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You retain ownership of all log entries, images, and other content you create in Efficlog ("Your Content"). By using Efficlog, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You must not upload content that:
When you delete your account, Your Content is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Free Plan: Available to all users at no cost, with feature limitations as described on our Pricing page.
Pro Plan: A monthly subscription at the price listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month.
Billing: Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. We do not store your card details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund for new Pro subscribers who are unsatisfied. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Contact hello@efficlog.com for refund requests.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Efficlog uses AI (powered by Google Gemini) to analyse your log entries and provide quality scores, readiness assessments, and resume content suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge:
All rights in the Efficlog application, website, branding, and original content (excluding Your Content) belong to Efficlog Technology. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Efficlog name, logo, and product design are proprietary to Efficlog Technology.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and Your Content will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Efficlog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content, the decisions made by supervisors within the platform, or any outcomes related to your internship or employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Efficlog Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of income, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Efficlog after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
